The Two Witnesses

Despite centuries of attempts to suppress, destroy, and discredit the Bible, God's Word has endured and prevailed. From being chained in monasteries to being burned in public squares, the Bible has continued to shine through the darkness. Even during times of persecution, such as the medieval church's oppression of Bible-believing Christians and the French Revolution's violent attacks on Christianity, the truth of God's Word has risen again and again. In some cases, efforts to destroy the Bible have inadvertently aided its spread, as seen in the story of William Tyndale and the Bishop of Durham. The resilience of God's Word is a testament to its power and significance.
